To design an identity and suite of marketing material for a flagship residential development in Winchester.

Solution

A brand identity influenced by the poet John Keats – whose poem ‘To Autumn’ was inspired by Winchester – and designed to reflect the charm and heritage of the city.

Involvement

Naming, identity, host brochure, plan brochures, hoarding, local area guide and app, press advertising, marketing suite, coffee shop takeover.
